Is there a way to pick-up my package?

We are currently offering the option to pick-up your package at the closest UPS or Canada Post pick-up point near you. This option will be available for certain products and destinations only. Make sure to select the “Pick-up Point” tab at checkout to look for your closest pick-up location.

What if my package is returned to the sender?
If the carrier was unable to deliver your order and it was returned to our manufacturing facility, please Contact us and we’ll reship your order free of charge.

My product contains a defect or is damaged, what can be done?
If the product is damaged and / or contains manufacturing defects when you receive your order, please Contact us and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

Care Instructions: Machine wash at 40° C. Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean.
